Mat Crawford, LPC
My name is Mat Crawford. I contract with Therapy for Families. I am a laid back, warm, and compassionate proponent for kindness and patience toward ourselves and others. I have been working as a licensed mental health professional since 2008. As a client-centered therapist I strive to meet you at whatever point you are in life and move forward at a pace you are comfortable with. I am passionate about utilizing good self-care to manage our mental health. While I don’t consider myself to have a faith-based approach to therapy, I do have an extensive background working with clients on incorporating faith/spiritual practices into a mental health care routine. I enjoy learning how your personal spiritual/religious beliefs and practices impact your life. I am fully open to working with people of any spiritual persuasion, including none. I have extensive experience working with members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
