Hi, my name is Victoria Scott! I am the founder and Owner of Therapy for Families. I'm an outgoing, compassionate, and spiritual individual. I love getting to know people in their truest, most authentic form and encourage people to break out of their comfort zones and live bravely.

I have worked in the field of emotional wellness and healing since 2002, and I have spent the last 12 years identifying, analyzing, and treating emotional and mental issues. My specialty is helping individuals, couples, and families overcome anxiety, depression, shame, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Some topics I commonly address in therapy include:


I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University, a highly accredited program recognized by The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, I have researched the topic of Contemporary Family Therapy and published a research piece titled Sexual Satisfaction for Older Couples. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas (#201908), Utah, and Florida.

Hello! My name is Veronica Sabatier, and I am purposed to serve individuals, couples, and families who may be feeling misunderstood, unfulfilled, stuck, or struggling to cope with events or life's stressors. 

I value the opportunity to connect with people to incite them on a journey to individual peace, healing, and harmony which ultimately leads to healthy living and healthy relationships. Hello! My name is Alyssa Hanzon, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at the University of Houston Clear Lake and a Therapy Intern at Therapy for Families. I provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's hardships and ever-changing circumstances. 

I am a kind-hearted and encouraging therapist. Additionally, I am a passionate advocate of emotional wellness, healthy communication, and personal authenticity. I value helping others learn to speak with greater kindness to themselves, interact more effectively with those around them, and live in greater alignment with their values and goals. I believe every person has inherent worth and innate skills they can uncover and utilize to progress through challenging times.

If you feel alone, unprepared, or ill-equipped in your circumstances, I will listen with the intent to understand and support you. I hope to be a source of strength while assisting your efforts to develop greater clarity, cultivate healthier relationships, and foster emotional healing.
