Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted from trying to keep up with the demands of daily life—struggling with forgetfulness, chronic lateness, restlessness, and the emotional toll of always feeling “behind.” Whether you find yourself second-guessing every decision, battling perfectionism, or simply feeling like your brain is in constant overdrive, I see you.

Why I Do This Work

For over 20 years, I’ve been deeply engaged in supporting individuals and families — first as a parent educator, and now as a therapist in training. I’ve walked beside people through seasons of confusion, burnout, and heartbreak — and I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of self-awareness, emotional safety, and clear communication in creating real change.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and family conflict because I know how deeply these issues impact our lives. I also know that healing is possible, and I’m here to help you get there.
