Specializing in Emotional Healing in Individual & Relational Therapy, Anxiety & Trauma Therapy.
You remember a time when life felt more manageable—when your emotions didn’t feel overwhelming, relationships felt more stable, and anxiety or trauma didn’t dictate your daily life. But now, it feels like you’re stuck in cycles that are difficult to break. Maybe you find yourself:
🔹 Struggling with anxiety—overthinking every decision, feeling constantly on edge, or battling racing thoughts that won’t slow down.
🔹 Feeling the effects of trauma—whether from past abuse, a life-altering event, or experiences that still haunt you.
🔹 Navigating the complexities of a personality disorder—intense emotions, difficulty maintaining relationships, or unpredictable mood shifts.
If any of this sounds familiar, you are not ALONE. And more importantly, you don’t have to navigate this alone.
A Space for Healing
I help children, teens, and adults who feel trapped by their emotions, past experiences, or mental health challenges find the tools to heal and grow. My approach isn’t about judgment or forcing you into a one-size-fits-all method—it’s about meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your needs.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, process past wounds, and build strategies to move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Anxiety is more than just worry—it can feel like a constant battle inside your mind. Maybe you experience racing thoughts, perfectionism, avoidance behaviors, or panic attacks. Perhaps you feel like no matter what you do, you can’t seem to relax.
Together, we’ll work on:
✔ Identifying anxiety triggers and learning how to respond to them
✔ Developing coping strategies to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions
✔ Building confidence in your ability to navigate daily stressors
You don’t have to let anxiety control your life. There is a way to regain balance and peace.
Trauma has a way of shaping how you see yourself and the world around you. Whether your trauma stems from domestic abuse, a school shooting, or other life-altering events, you may feel stuck in patterns of fear, avoidance, or emotional numbness.
In therapy, we’ll focus on:
✔ Creating a sense of safety and stability before processing painful memories
✔ Understanding how trauma impacts your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
✔ Developing tools to manage triggers and regain control over your life
Healing from trauma takes time, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or Bipolar Disorder can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. You may experience intense mood swings, difficulty maintaining relationships, or feelings of emptiness and impulsivity.
Together, we will:
✔ Work on emotional regulation skills to help you manage overwhelming feelings
✔ Strengthen your ability to maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships
✔ Develop tools to navigate mood shifts and regain a sense of stability
You are more than a diagnosis. With the right support, you can build a life that feels steady and fulfilling.
What to Expect from Therapy
I use a mix of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care—to help you find what works best for you. Every person’s healing journey is different, so my approach is client-centered and adaptable to your unique experiences.
Therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about equipping you with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.
You Deserve to Feel Heard, Understood, and Empowered
I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, especially when it feels like no one understands what you're going through. But you don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we can work toward healing, self-acceptance, and a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
